Anything sooner wouldn't be prudent. Seems to me that his ceiling is Steve Blake-ish, which isn't bad. I like Blake. He does a lot of good things (well, at least he did in Portland, not sure how he'll fare in LA). But he's not really the kind of guy you want to spend a 1st rounder on.
